My Friend
gave me his Epi Pen as he was dying.
It seemed very important to him that I have it.

People do strange things as they’re dying. My friend lacerated his leg and was bleeding out from the femoral artery. Desperate to give him blood but didn’t know his type and couldn’t risk getting it wrong. I was in tears saying how much I’d miss him and all the while he kept encouraging me to “be positive, be positive”.
I miss that guy.
