Update and ugly
It's official. Got the results of the MRI: Complete/high grade tear of the left common hamstring tendon at its ischial tuberosity attachment with tendon retraction as described. I see the ortho doc on Thursday to see where I go from here. Bruising coming to the surface and pooling below the tear.

Hamstrings are pretty important. If they can recover that separated tendon they should be able to reattach. Good luck!!
