AQH/Steve is an incredibly generous thoughtful guy. I still get cards from him. 👍

*I will be sure to give you a heads up if I ever decide to sell my Savage 24V .30 .30 over a 20ga Steve.

Glad you are on the mend. Follow your doc's instructions and do NOT pick up anything heavier than said and by the method prescribed.

Thanks "KenK/84Bravo" - nice combo firearm - would be good for the national forest area here.

    Best Regards - AQH

Totally agree, Ken. One of the nicest folks I've never met.

We could use a few million more like him!

Hey Steve, my Savage 24V is sitting by the bed, loaded with a soft point .30 .30 round, and a .20ga Slug.

How do you like me now? 😉

I believe the Savage 24V would do better with Dixie Slugs "Tri-Ball" - unfortunately James Clyde Gates did not make any in 20 gauge. But I still like you all the same.

For slugs I use ones like this https://www.gunbroker.com/item/895876832 in 12 and 20 gauge.

    Best Regards - AQH

I'm kinda old school. I think handwritten correspondence carries a little more sincerity than an email or text.
