I was in the Military (Army) for the latter part of the Jimmy Carter Administration and the subsequent botched Eagle One (?) Attempt at rescuing the Iranian Hostages. What an embarrassment. Instead of relying on One Cohesive force/unit, they tried to be All Inclusive and include as many Services and disparate Units as possible. What a disaster.
Morale was about Squat. Morale increased Tenfold when Reagan took over. I was Proud, when I got out in 1984.
Pride = Morale. Morale = Esprit De Corps. Pride and Esprit De Corps in ones Unit, is what wins engagement's. Pride and Esprit De Corps is as important as the Application of Proper Strategy and Use of Force, by Commanders. It all works together, or not.

If we have to worry about Diversity and Inclusion, by definition doesn’t that eliminate the idea of “Special” Forces?

SOCOM was formed to unify all the Spec ops units after Operation urgent fury. Same with the Ranger Regiment. I can tell you first hand OUF was a GF.
IMO this guy is worthless and his pay should be used to get more ammo.

It's Trans humanism philosophy that is to be inclusive in all things.Superior male dominance must be held in place and contained & constrained for where it's only needed. Specials Forces was only the last area that had to be breached for equity, Progressives are only doing what they think is for the greater good of their vision. The only dominance that can be tolerated is intelligence.

I can't imagine a military comprised with men who think they are actually women, women who think they are men and others who don't think they are of either sex, fighting with the same determination as our military of old. I don't think any country can be a strong country without a strong military and the will to protect its borders from all invaders.
