Ain't there sumptin' about all folks being equal and the color of your skin should not be a consideration for getting Government largess?
How about paying me for my Great great great Uncle that served in the PA Volunteer Army during the Civil war as a Captain? He got wounded by Confederate fire during a battle. Should I not receive $25,000 to pay me for HIS wounding?

Do gooders in government have the same amount of gray matter as a box of rocks. Bet they never thought of where they are going to get the money. Especially in a state people are fleeing and is teetering in bankruptcy.
Sets one hell of a precedent Might as well take reparations back to the days of Adam and Eve to present.

They have their hand on the scales for minorities in general now! But don't think your Talents and intelligence does nor trump this after the pay_off.
