I'm afraid I'd be like Skeeter Skelton. He bought a mint Colt in Mexico (iIrc). His friends told him to not even cock it. So, naturally, he took it out and ran a box of shells through it.
On the other hand, with the scarcity of ammo, I probably wouldn't have an opportunity to shoot it for a while, so I'll pass on buying it.😀
