In Miami the SWAT teams were called out
To STOP Spring Break. A 8pm Curfew has been imposed because according to the Mayor it was out of control.
Here is a picture of Miami Beach and I don't see any college kids, they all look too old, look like hoes or look like felons on a release program.
That poor car. The hood is dented in and I am sure the seats will need to be either fumigated or replaced. Homey with the face tats is going to Harvard Business School I am sure.

Saw a similar scene in downtown Chicago 10+ years ago.
My 10 year old (at the time) niece asked if it was a cultural thing.
This is not culture. This is a subset of our society that has been celebrated for its deviance, with no accountability for actions. This is why a percentage of our black fellow citizens are lost to society. We as a society have left them to the worst elements in our society.
There is no way in hell a young man can grow up to respect women when this is what he sees. There is not way in hell a young man can grow up to be an honorable man when his role models behave this way.
All segments of society have their problems. All races have sub-sets of their populations that have problems. Most, however, do not celebrate that problem subset of their populations.

We used to have a celebration in Atlanta called Freaknik. Also called "Black Spring Break."
The scene was very similar to what is seen in the photo in the OP. They came from across the country by the thousands. They blocked traffic on I 75 downtown, at 10 pm, and would be having sex on the hood of the car right there in the middle of I 75. It got so bad that even the [black] Mayor and Police Chief of Atlanta had to shut Freaknik down. It ran for about 10 years.
One Friday of Freaknik weekend, I was driving down I 85 in the afternoon in north Georgia, every five miles another car load of Freaknik wannabees was getting busted by rural deputies. There would be four of them standing there in handcuffs while several deputies searched their car, finding booze, weed, guns, God knows what.

10 months ago my family decided to do a little family reunion this week, spending a few nights in Miami then down to the Keys. Flights and schedules shifted so we wound up spending our time between St. Petersburg and Naples.

Authorities in Miami Beach are facing allegations of racism after extending an 8pm curfew and state of emergency in response to largely black crowds of spring break revelers, who officials say are 'overwhelming' the city with unruly behavior.
Miami Beach police have arrested more than 1,000 people in the past month, and faced criticism after using pepper balls and sounds cannons on the crowd on Saturday night, which black leaders called 'unnecessary force'.
What other community has leaders and who appoints them? What does the job pay? If I was a leader of the bl@ck community I would be appalled and ashamed, We marched and got bit by attack dogs so you can act like an animal, trash vehicles and be a complete minstrel, I don't think so.
