This is one of the nicest S&W 38 spl I have seen in a long time. Its not mine but I am going to keep an eye on it. It looks like it has never been fired in 73 years.

What? Just what picture numbers are you looking at? Where on the crane or muzzle do you see "signs of rust"???
I looked as close as my eyes can on magnified pics and can't find any issues, please help.

That's right it is a rusty hulk, was in a house fire and then dropped into the ocean for a week to cool before it was cold blued using juice squeezed from a blue sharpie, so please do not bid on it.

It took me a while to realize you guys were yanking my chain. I even had a guy to stop by to look at it yesterday wanting to know if it was as good as it looked in the photos. He was impressed with it. It is a very nice little S&W.
