That's why God put this "grille" on my Land Rover. One screw holds it on.

Contrary to popular opinion, sometimes Bubba can be both ingenious and practical!. Bob

    Red Neck ingenuity.

    What's not to love?

Nanuq907, there's probably one screw holding that whole thing together. LOL.

(Just busting on you Dude. I Love your 63 Landrover. That is a Classic ride.)

The story of you trying to outrun a bear coming up alongside you, when you were struggling to get to 35 mph. Priceless. 😂

    I agree SCOUT5.

Snowflake - "OMG, I am going to starve. I have these 6 steaks, but no way to cook them. What am I going to do?" 😢

I remember in Basic at Ft. Lost in the Woods, Jan/Feb. 1980, Winter Bivouac. They came around and gave us one Live Chicken, some Taters, and Onions to each group of maybe 4-6. Really cold, snowed in, after a long road march.

City Boys were looking at this Chicken like WTH? 😦

Us Country Boys had our Chicken Killed, Gutted, and Kebobs going in no time flat, over the fire. (Our DI's came by and congratulated us almost immediately.) "That's what I'm talking about."

We ate really well, they were miserable. Still laugh about that.

Sorry Bro, I do not see any paint (viewed on enlargement,) on that grill. I'd say "Awesome! Nice job."

What would you say in that situation? Pass?

"There's no silverware or cutlery. I can't possibly eat this." Do you have any Grey Poupon? 😂

I do sort of wonder what might have been the last thing to go up the ramp. Poop covered ATV tires or maybe a couple of road killed deer headed for the coyote bait pile?????? Guess the fire probably killed most of the germs????

You will probably have to really zoom in to see them.

Puts a new meaning to a "Tail Gate Party" and I just hope the wind stays calm so it doesn't blow things in the direction of the gas tank.

I too have these kind of cave man instincts but I have spent most of my life trying to subdue them. I even spent money on one of those George Forman portable propane grills. 🙂

Hunted with a Navajo some years ago that always brought a grill about that size. Along with about 6 pounds of Coronado dogs.

Wonder if some poor ole rancher might have lost a cow or steer recently.

I've eat squirrel, birds and rabbit air fried on a stick over a open campfire.

Adds new meaning to the term air fried and cooked rare when blood squirts out on the first bite.

Father in Law was a brakeman on the old Erie Railroad. Coal or wood was always available. Polished the back of shovels with some sand. Heat that sucker up and throw on the venison. Yum, Yum --------------------------Ray
