Based on my most current information, 10rd mags are not restricted:

I've seen some places that say they need to show ID and a gun or ammo permit?

As far as I am aware, the Connecticut Certificate of Eligibility is required to purchase handguns, long guns, or ammunition, respectively. A State Permit to Carry Pistols and Revolvers can also to purchase any of the above. I saw nothing about a CCE required for magazines. I also couldn't find anything describing a Connecticut Ammunition Certificate allowing the purchase of anything besides ammunition.

In any case, if you've already shipped the magazines they're gone.

you should remind buyer of their state laws on 10 round mags as above.

I had a buyer in Mass tell me it was legal to ship 10 round mag to him but it was confiscated and he wanted a refund and I wanted mag returned since it was my last 10 rounder of that type, needless to say neither of us got what we wanted but I did give him a refund after 30 days just being a nice guy.

Don't leave us hanging, pip. How does anyone have a magazine "confiscated" by authorities? Neither USPS nor any common carriers X-ray or open packages unless they suspect something is leaking or is a threat to their employees. Did the recipient get a hand receipt for the seized item?
