    Yes and yes.

Assuming you mean buy it from someone in the US and send it to an FFL in the US, What is the end game though? Are you wanting it sent to an exporter or did you plan on coming over to use it?

I should think you could buy and send all the firearms you want and have then sent to FFL holder.

Now weather you could take posession of them is a different animal.

The intention is to import to my country, since the FFL I am referring to has authorization to export.

Should be no issue if FFL is licensed to export and where you live it is ok to own/receive such firearm.

I would contact the seller first, and let them know what is going on. Some sellers might get concerned when they realize that you are not a US citizen.

Such an FFL is also known as a "US agent". I have sold guns here on GB via a US agent, & it was like any other sale, only a little easier; the agent sent me a bank check & a copy of his FFL, & I shipped him the gun to his FFL address. In return for his commission from the customer, the FFL was responsible for knowing what & how it could be exported. There was no risk to me.

I believe Simpson Ltd & Johnson Firearms perform this kind of service.
