Can a 50 lb. can of H4831 be shipped ?
Or is that too much to even have ? I do a lot of reloading but ? Take out a bank loan maybe ?

UPS has a 70lb weight limit on hazmat.
Your state or local municipality may have requirements on storage of energetic materials.
For example I think the state of Maryland limits people to 7lbs of powder or some obscure number like that.

If it got from the manufacturer to the distributor, it can be done. Whether you can afford to do it, is another question.

I would see why not, it has to get from point A to point B some way.
I think I stashed about that much a few years ago in eight pound jugs. They would arrive in boxes of three jugs at a time.
You can't have too much powder. Buuttt there is a point when the powers that be require you declare what you have, their point is emergency personnel in time of a fire would like to CTA's and yours to.
