Used Brass Give Away for Reloaders (winners added)
I don't shoot as much as many of you here do, but I have tried to always recover my brass with the idea that I would someday reload... The price of the equipment and primarily my hands no longer cooperating has determined that I will never do that.(reload)
So cleaned up the garage somewhat and I am about 95% done finding & sorting the old brass and decided to give it away to somebody here that will use it for reloading not to sell for profit.
I saw Todd's post about 44 special loading and decided to give him all the special I have but the following are up for the give away, manufacturers are listed based upon boxes, however not guaranteed to match contents except for caliber... with maybe a couple of exceptions where i could tell by looking with out my glasses on (Golden Saber nickel plated comes to mind).
So here is what I have:
212 Remington 44 Mag
900 Aguila 9mm
700 Seller & Bellot 9mm
50 Remington Golden Saber 9mm
150 Fiocchi 9mm
50 Win White box 9mm
200 Wolf 22 LR
78 CCI Minimag 22LR
200 +/- 5.56 I think they were all Federal but didn't save boxes as they were on stripper clips...
I'd prefer to give all to one person as opposed to picking and choosing, but we will see what you guys have to say. Give Away will be open until Sunday the 14th when winner will be pulled from the hat.
I will ship to winner cheapest method I find, probably USPO.

Question, why don’t you sell it locally?
I didn’t start reloading 9mm until recently, and brass is getting hard to come buy. I wish I had kept some of what I’ve given away over the years.

Good question... to be honest, I just never thought of selling, after 5 years plus of reading these forums, I figured it should go to someone that will use it. I don't know a lot of local shooters and the ones i do know either don't reload (that I know of) or are not someone I'd care to sell or give to....

Please put me in for the 5.56, or all if you don't want to split it up. I do not reload, but I have a 16 yo nephew that started reloading 3 years ago and I WILL gladly donate it to him.

Boy, oh golly that is awesome. I would LOVE any of the 9MM brass, headstamp is not important. My 9MM gun's do not seem to care what brand of brass it is as long as I stay within book loads. I have plenty of 44 Mag brass so I hope someone else wins it !
I will giveaway the few hundred 44 Spl brass cases i have as a thank you for this awesome gift. I have a LOT of 44 mag brass so the 44 Spl should serve someone well.

Based on what I could fit into USPO Flat rate boxes I ended up with 2 medium and 5 small boxes and I filled them based on the feedback I got from your preferences on what you folks wanted...
And the winners are....
A medium box with a mix of all I had goes to jimdeere
A medium box of just 9mm goes to bpost
A small box of 9 mm each goes to Warbirds & pulsarnc
A small box of 44 mag each goes to William81 & JimmyJack
A small box of 5.56 goes to mike55
Nobody seemed much interested in the 22LR (unless it was live rounds) so i put a couple hundred into the mixed box above, but still have about 180 used 22 brass that I will send to the first person that responds with an interest.

Better hang on to your 22 fired brass. Looks like you might need it to make jackest for bullets if things don't loosen up!
