Gonna make it illegal to sell diesel for anything designed to run on the highway. Farm equipment will (for now) be exempt.

    Idiots...

What a bunch of maroons. Diesel is better for the environment than Gas. Better mileage less pollution and more efficient.

I predict some food and other shortages in Oregon including vaccines.

I think the most important group of people in our country are the truck drivers. If the truckers ever go on strike our country grinds to a total shut down in 2 to 5 days.

Those loonie tune leftist, marxist, commies have no idea where the food in the groceries comes from or how the restaurants have the food to serve them. OMG!!!!! What would they do if Starbucks runs out of coffee since the trucks aren't running??? 😁

I've been givin' this some thought and I think I've got it figgered out...

When a trucker comes across the state line he'll have to pull into a special 'service' station where they will pump all of the dino diesel out of his (or her, must be inclusive here in Oregone!) tanks and then they fill him back up with veggie diesel which he will buy from the state at an inflated rate. Must keep revenues up! The dino diesel will then be stored in tanks.

When a trucker is leaving the state he'll have to pull back into said 'service' stations and pump the veggie diesel out and refill with dino diesel which he (of course!) has to purchase from the great state owned 'service' stations.

This'll work folks. I have the utmost faith in our Lords and Masters here in Oregone. I'm sure they've thought this through completely and really truly want what is best for us.

"I think the most important group of people in our country are the truck drivers."

I agree 100%. The average person has NO IDEA what it takes to get food from the field to the grocery store. They all think that if things get bad, then they will just go to the store and buy a few weeks worth of food. A VERY large % of our population would simply starve IF the trucks stopped delivering food. Most have no idea how to harvest meat, or plant a garden. Of the ones that do know, a LOT of them are in a city where it is not possible.

    Not much farming

As stated above, farm equipment is (for now) exempt.

Transportation of farm products, not so much.

Glad that freight trains run off of batteries. Instead of using diesel generators to charge the battery. Put smaller wind turbines all over the engine and charge as you go. Green energy simplified (GREEN FONT NEEDED)

    AND just think:

People voted these types politicians into office.

    That is even more shameful/disgusting.

Or get the fuel they need delivered to do anything farm related. Thinking is not so common an occurrence in this part of the world.

CA, OR, and WA are having a race to the bottom of the intelligence scale. Anybody's race at this time....
