Ghillie suits
My son-in-law is working for an outfit that is clearing out some inventory and he just gave me a ghillie suit and a bunch of wool blankets and some other stuff they had on hand. Now I guess I get to figure out what I can use this thing for. ;)
Any y'all have one? I know some y'all have worn them in active duty scenarios. How did that go? Would love to hear your tales.

Saw a show the other day regarding snipers and WWII the Japs were really good at tying a bunch of local fauna on their backs and becoming invisible. The footage showed some snipers laying in a field that you couldn't see until they all got up and moved.
I guess my next Gillie will be dressing up as the living room and hiding from the wife!

It wasn't until then that he either smelled me or got suspicious, but even then he only trotted off not in panic. Bad for him, he ran to where I could turn...

It looks like a good'un to me. The one he gave me is a woodland camo pattern and supposedly he has another one he's bringing that is a dead grass pattern.

No sir it was one of the latest bad guys from a new group threatening the TWD people called the "reapers" it was actually a cool shot of vegetation and then a closeup of him opening his eye and you realize it's a person... after he fights with a couple of them and gets shot with an arrow, instead of being interrogated he pulls the pin on a grenade and blows himself up, he did remove the gillie suit first LOL.

Might want to check the hunting reg's first. Seen on news awhile back where a hunting season has is being considered for the Big Foots.
Think maybe it was Oklahoma area but not sure.
If they shoot at you out of season call 911 and ask for a Game Warden. You might can collect a poacher reward or you might be on You tube as dead.
