I know , but I always heard you could not blue stainless steel
can they blue stainless or not TIA

1st they iron plate it and then blue normally

Smith & Wesson made some blued model 66s, so yep, it's done sometimes.

AND it's quite common for the factory Remington stainless barrels that are blued to freckle.
My Old Remington 700 (264 Win Mag) with a blued stainless barrel will reflect like a mirror on a sunny day.
