  • Six Dr. Seuss books will no longer be published because of racist and insensitive imagery, Dr. Seuss Enterprises revealed on Tuesday
  • The six books are: 'And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street', 'If I Ran the Zoo', 'McElligot's Pool', 'On Beyond Zebra!', 'Scrambled Eggs Super!', and 'The Cat's Quizzer' 
  • Dr. Seuss, whose real name is Theodor Geisel, had been the face of the annual Read Across America day for more than 20 years 
  • There has been increasing criticism in recent years over the way blacks, Asians and others are drawn in some of his most beloved children's books

    who wants to bet me that they will also ban "The Giving Tree" by Shel Silverstein? It is racist, sexist, misogynistic, capitalist, patriarchal....................


    How about "Cat's in the Cradle" by Harry Chapin. That is a sexist, racist, patriarchal song if I ever heard one.

    Even as a kid, I hated all of the Dr. Seuss stories. Green Eggs and Ham was among my least favorite.

    trust me I find nothing funny about any of the BS that gets deeper every day quit the opposite really, I stopped watching the news at least backed way off all it does is get me more upset at the stupidity and sheeple destroying our country . they can not even take care of or control a town or state they are in but now want to include us all pulling us down into the darkness with them .

    The one that really creeped me out was the pale green pants with nobody inside them.
