This free market thingie we do is a pain
To my pocket book! Seriously, some dude or dudette outbid me on an auction I was trying to win, in my mind, at a reasonable price. What protections should I DEMAND when placing a reasonable bid for an item.
Gosh, people are so inconsiderate when buying commodities these days. People should realize I bid a fair price and leave my winning bid alone!
What will be next $3.00 gasoline?

Could be signal for a mafia hit if someone out bids you.

Every Sunday evening, as our auctions are getting close to ending, I get at least one email complaining about how I'm running the time up on the auctions. They don't understand the 15 min rule thing and they believe I'm trying to squeeze every last dollar out of things from my end. They want me to stop messing around with things and they'll NEVER bid on my things ever again.....at least that is the typical message I see. I wish there were some magic way to squeeze more out of things....I have to pay for all that duct work they put in a few weeks ago!

Of course the latest to "blame" is all the snow in Texas has slowed production.

Gas is about $2.80 (Des Moines, Ia) and that will seem cheap in 6 months.
