T minus 45 days and counting.
45 days from now I'll climb in my pickup, hook up the tool trailer and head to Montana to start work on my (hopefully) last house. We'd originally planned to build a new one but a way better deal came along so we'll be remodeling an existing place. Gonna save about a bazillion dollars doing it this way, too. Have you seen the price of lumber lately? Holy cow!
There will be a photo coming of Oregone in my rear view mirror as I get out of this liberal poopity hole.

Luckily it doesn't need repaired, just some cosmetic stuff to get it how we like it. New flooring and such. Probably gonna change out a bunch of the millwork and cabinet doors, too. I can do all the work myself so that'll save a bunch of money.
