Report it to Gunbroker support ONCE, that is all you can do there. If you go to the stolen listing of your gun there is a warning now that it may be fake. Go there and click on the report this listing and see what happens. I have had auctions stolen before. Good luck.

I'm new but I think this would hurt the ability for me to get mine sold at fair market yes or no?

It has nothing to do with you. Go to the other listing and report it and Gunbroker will remove it.

Couple of thoughts. It very well could be yours, the other auction only shows one picture of the left side of the gun, and it's from a distance. This attempts to hide the area on the bottom of the frame, just in front of the grips where there is a small area issue, as well as the area that is buggered up where they drove the barrel pin thru on the left side. Also, with the reserve not met, and you asking the buyer to call you and make a deal, that's not cool with GB. That's theft of service, in other words, you use them to advertise your gun, your reserve is not met when you sell the gun, and they don't make any sellers fee's. Good luck.

That brown warning on top of the description warns the buyers it may not be real ..listed elsewhere.

Have you seen this exact same item for sale on another listing web site? Duplicate listings for unique items are generally not allowed and may even be fraudulent. You can discreetly report this listing as a suspected duplicate or fraudulent listing

Edit your auction listing, and put up the auction number of the fake auction, and warn people it is a fraudulent auction.

Yep twenty grand with four bids and the high bidder shows 398 feedbacks. This smells kind of funky.

I didn't. The other auction is a fake of mine. My listing is around 1000 one bud.

I think that the outrageously high bids were all from Mr tailflash, who is acting as a spoiler to prevent anyone from being sucked into a bogus sale.

Mr toad has been some wise comments. Gunbroker is an auction site, not a flea market. You need to read all the rules before listing any item for sale.

Had you posted a clear photo of the serial number of your gun, that may have made it easier to recognize the bogus auction is not yours. An honest person has no good reason to hide that.

I am honest. I am new to selling. I listed it the first time without any problems with a no sale. I then relisted and this happened. I don't know what to do. I don't feel like it's my job to keep scammers away. I reported the gun in the other auction and they never took it down. My serial number was in my listing.

    https://www.gunbroker.com/item/892896184 >>> yours I believe

    https://www.gunbroker.com/item/893179382 fake ????

Same pictures on both auctions? Which one is real? Is the 20K gun a fake for sure or is the just pirated pictures? I would not be in a hurry to send 20K to a NR seller..... Flagged possibly fraudulent auctions need top priority in getting things sorted out.

The 20k is the fake one it used my pictures and part of description. Mine has one bid around a _1000

I would definitely amend your listing to show the serial number and to remove that comment about taking a deal off of gunbroker via phone.

Thanks I don't think I can remove anything since I have 1 bid. I am very new and this was a crappy experience and I still haven't heard from gunbroker. Thanks

Have any of you looked at the suspect auction?

Or any of that seller's other auctions?

    Wow!

He's gonna have some major final value fees!

That fake auction seller now sports an F(1) rating!
