trouble contacting a buyer..

Sold an item over a week ago, and the buyer keeps messaging me thru the gb system, and I keep replying, but it doesn't seem to be working. Has anyone else had the same problem? And yes, I've tried calling him, and also sending him a regular email outside of gb.
