I shot a Tommy gun a LOT many years ago as a range officer at Buffalo Rock Shooters supply in Ottawa Illinois before it blew up, burned down killing Sparky, his daughter and a couple of employees.

It is the ONE class III gun I wish I had purchased before the total insanity got to prices. I would still buy one today if one in decent shape came at an affordable price.

The Tommy gun was a lot of fun, my gosh I remember the hours of casting 230RN bullets and loading the tens of pounds of Unique powder, six grains at a time, consumed by the Tommy gun during the fun times we had running "scenario" matches.

Even after shooting it all weekend it never missed a beat and just kept on firing. We oiled the top pad in the receiver with 30WT motor oil every 500 or so rounds and it just kept on going bang.
