Non Paying Bidders / Scammers

I recently had a non paying bidder. I have had contact with the buyer and he is not going to pay. I sent the emails containing conversation with buyer to gunbroker with the credit request for the seller fees. Gunbroker procedure says to relist item. How can one be assured they will not get hit with sellers fees twice, since the time frame for the credit is longer than the relist auction running time? Item will be sold again before credit is issued.

  Because they will refund the seller's fees if you have a NPB, and you relist the item, and follow all the steps exactly. It's a process, and it takes time, but it works. I've been there, done that. GB support is swamped at this point in history, so patience is a virtue.
