Ice storm
It is bad here in Meigs County Ohio.
The ice is so thick on top of the snow it is almost impossible to walk to the barn. I got a text at 2:30AM from my company's owner that we are closed today. My dirt road has had zero traffic since Sunday afternoon. The area is crippled with down trees, folks with no power, roads are a disaster and everything shut down. I still have power for now and the back up generator ready to fire up if power is lost.
I hope everyone in the path of this storm stays hunkered down until Mother Nature can give us some relief.

sorry to hear Bruce, stay safe. Hard to imagine what 30-40 miles can do, we ended up with maybe 1/8in or so on the trees and ground, trees are bent but no downed trees or limbs. power flickered off few hours ago just long enough to have to reset the oven/microwave. be careful up there and stay warm, they are calling for single digits lows for tonight.....

Was in Ohio last Weds.. cold... glad it was not this week.

Stay safe, you are in worse shape then us in Texas, but we ain't used to what were having...if i can get the tractor started I'll be trying to clear our road today.

Just finished watching WSAZ news (one of the local stations in bpost area) and they got hit very hard. Many power outages and downed trees with very slick roads. Stay in and keep warm and safe.
