    Hate to hear it.

(But) If you are a long time Smoker, it will eventually catch up to you.

RIP Brother, you fought against the tide. Much Respect for that.

They must be playing a rerun show and it's just heartbreaking to hear him talking right now.

When I was stationed in Panama we would listen to him of AFARTS radio. That is when I first started listening to him it was in the mid 90's. When we were in the field we could tune our PRC-77 into the Army Radio station that carried him and I would listen to him with the hand set.

I was a dedicated listener for many years. He lost me when he threw in with clinton on nafta.

That said, I believe he was a patriot, and there are too few of those in what's left of our country today.

RIP Rush. You fought the good fight.

A quail hunting buddy of mine got me started listening to Rush back in the early 90's. He would tune the truck radio to Rush's show. I didn't listen to talk radio much at all before that.

I enjoyed much of his show including his musical interludes. RIP. There will never be one to replace you!

"Ash Wednesday is a solemn reminder of human mortality and the need for reconciliation with God and marks the beginning of the penitential Lenten season. It is commonly observed with ashes and fasting."

Rush reminded me daily of my mortality and need for reconciliation with God. What a day for him to go home.

    RIP big guy.

He was one of the greatest ever. Personally saddened by his passing. A big influence here. RIP

Certainly a chorus of approval will follow from hate filled media, academia, and Hollywood and the entire political left. Watch these people show their true colors as predicted.

I have listened to him since he first hit the national airwaves. Nobody can replace him. They can try to emulate him but all will fail. His show was great, he loved America and the American people greatly. Nobody could explain the Left like Rush could.

We lost an icon, he will be sorely missed.

...A sad day for his family, friends and America. From a small boy who shined shoes to the top voice of conservatism...he will be missed...

He angered a lot of people who I enjoyed seeing angry. I started listening daily in "89 and used to tape shows when I couldn't listen live. Gradually tapered off radio altogether the last 15 years. I did turn him on recently and he did not sound too well although you could tell he was trying his best. If Trump was still president he would probably want flags at half-mast. SloJo will most certainly NOT feel the same.

He was a good man. Taught us all things we never would have known if we were just left with main stream news.

Sadly there are some soulless disgusting miscreants almost dancing in the streets because of his death.

Twitter liberals celebrate Rush Limbaugh's death: 'I'm glad' he lived long enough to 'get cancer and die'
While conservatives across the nation mourned the loss of talk radio giant Rush Limbaugh Wednesday, liberals on Twitter celebrated the announcement of his death.

The left sure has a lot of class, unfortunately it is all low class. Bob

I'm like any of you, there are people I don't like or care for. But I can't think of anybody I hate. I certainly don't dislike anyone so much that I would run around saying things like "I'm glad he is dead!" Trust me when I tell you no one has ever used me as an example of a classy guy.

But I am here to tell you I am the classiest person ever, compared to these libtard/commie a holes. Who would celebrate ANY persons death. Talk about classless!!
