Customer Email Contact History

Is there a way to see the email history of a purchase?

I sold an item payable through paypal and the customers email isn't listed on paypal. I've sent three emails through GB and haven't heard anything. It's only been about 20 hours but I looked for communication history and can't find it.

    Your "local email systems sent mail" not in Gunbrokers application.

    It's really not possible.

    A GB "notice" can be created by either party. But, it is submitted through the GB website, & GB creates an email which is sent to the other party. The GB system has no provision for giving either party a list of emails sent by GB.

    What you can (& should do) is print out the contact information of the other party; that will have his direct email address. You can then send him an email directly, & you will have a copy of every email sent.

    Or, you can phone him; his phone number will be on his contact page.

    But, give him a couple of days. 20 hours is too soon to start worrying. Some people have jobs.

    And, I suggest that you not use Paypal in the future. They are connected with ebay, & do not believe in the 2nd amendment; if they see any connection involving guns, they will freeze your account for up to 6 months.

    Go to your sold items on the left side of the page. All of the buyers info is in the "sold order".
