I guess he’s going to have to come up with an iron clad definition for “assault weapons” and for “weapons of war”.

I can argue that Pelosi’s gavel is an assault weapon. Likewise a 9mm pistol is a weapon of war.

where I use to work ( retired ) for years many of had guns in our cars and trucks , rural area and in Ohio

about 15 - 20 years ago the company posted and changed the rules no weapons allowed on the property

of course being me I went to the office and had a worthless meeting with the talking heads I pointed out any thing I use against some one even the golf clubs all your *&*^% like to keep in your car if you hit some one even the box knife's you give us the courts will deem a weapon if used on some one

as for the feds , I told my wife look at Kaliforina that will be Biden's model and will add to it as much as possible .

and I fear the 9 yellow robed chickens will hose us on it also

We are the last of private citizens in the world to have the right to bear arms. That should tell you it's time to circle the wagons. They are coming for you.

"Cruz, who is currently awaiting trial, could face the death penalty."

Obviously, not nearly as disturbing as it's made to seem or he would have been hung immediately and left to rot on the gallows.

"weapons of war".... let's see. That could be Brown Bess Musket, a 1903 Springfield, or a 737 flying into a World Trade Center.

As far as I'm concerned, his combination of dementia and EO signing pen is a dangerous combination.

EVERYTHING the new administration has done does nothing but damage the USA.

Anyone who's paid attention knows the 2nd has been dying the death of 1,000 cuts for decades.

Now, they have the judicial (in spite of Trump's efforts, roberts is paralyzed by his fear of the left), the executive and the legislative branches of government. And the vaunted 4th column of "journalists"? More akin to pravda.

Even under Trump, with republicrat control of the Senate, big tech was effectively allowed to assassinate your 1st amendment. If you have any online presence at all, you've noticed the rapid abandonment of anything resembling "open discussion". Administrators, moderators, "fact" checkers and posters alike are cowed by the "woke mob" and various government agencies. Even pointing out obvious, demonstrable facts, if not considered "PC" , will illicit warnings of potentially being hate speech or racism. Anybody with a glass eyeball in their butt can see it, and it's EVERYWHERE you go online.

With the death of the 1st, expect a swift end to the 2nd, followed closely by the 4th. We're all idealistic dinosaurs and this "constitutional republic" is on life support, with the next generation of know-nothing snowflakes eagerly reaching to pull the plug.

    Ain't it the truth.
