Seeing all the threads being posted just now of the delicacies you all are making/smoking, anyone selling any??

Bought some at the Grocery store just now due to you all. (And Craving it.) I am quite sure it is Nothing like what you guys/girls are making.

I have to start making stuff like that. My buddy in SD makes it and is is awesome. He makes salami that's the best I've eaten.

We just ordered all the mixes, cheese, casings and tubes for summer sausage and sticks.
We’ll have to wait till it all gets here and the outside temp gets at least in the 20’s.

I have a nearly unlimited supply of wild hog meat. I make summer sausage, bratwurst and Italian sausage especially when my Father visits. I give quite a bit of it away to clear space in my freezer. I also make prosciutto from the hams. I you live in South Texas contact me. It is a bit pricy to ship the noncured meats.

Brat day....A week ago Saturday.
