Is a Belgian made Browning parabellum 9 mm pistol the same thing as a Browning Belgian made Hi-Power 9mm pistol?

  The BDM, ( the one with the screw on the slide). Would be a "Belgium made Browning parabellum 9 mm pistol" . But personally I never heard it referred to as anything other than the Browning BDM.

  And, it would also be correct to say that all Belgian-made Brownings were manufacture by Fabrique Nationale in Herstal, Belgium (FNH). A subsidiary, FN America, makes Brownings in South Carolina.
