Texas Sales Tax
Anyone in Texas make a purchase recently and can tell me if sales tax was added. Information on GB site is confusing showing right now they don't to Texas since not listed on one list but on anothet list Texas is listed and says "may" add tax. Thanks in advance!

The seller might be confused and doesn't know how the tax thing is working, so they are being cautious in how they write their listing. As of now Texas is not taxed. If you pick up an item from a seller and it is a local sale it should be taxed, but that isn't new....it has always been the rule as far as local sales are concerned.

It also depends upon where the seller is located.... not all sellers use the GB market place and the list that excludes Texas is tied to market place, Recently purchased from seller in NY and he told me They make him collect taxes on all sales unless the buyer is located where there is no sales tax, I paid 8.25% on that purchase, it is what it is...
