That is a scary picture. Many dogs have broken their jaws like this. Be very careful!

Just wait til she gets her “Biden stimulus check”. She’ll be able to buy all the dog biscuits she wants.

Just brought back memory of 6 yr old granddaughter- walked in the room holding my 15 lb tomcat- "My cat is defective..."

You might be the one that is broke, they will train their master well.

Broke financilly also, experts say it cost about 10,000.00 to raise man or woman's best friend to 10 years old.

Shiggles loves wiggling her new collar around until she can get it in her mouth. She will chew on it until she gets tired of it and then wiggle it out of her mouth.

Awesome looking dog! This is my buddy

Beagles are in a league all of their own. They are crazy.

My 2 crazy Golden Retrievers like to fight. One of them gets the others collar in his mouth and pulls him around with it. I think the objective is to get the collar off because when that happens they stop fighting and the one who got the collar runs around with it in his mouth and the "looser" comes over to me with his head hung down.

Dogs are funny animals, just when you think you have them figured out they do something crazy that makes you scratch your head.

Here they are after a bath, this was a year or so ago. The puppy Chippy is now bigger than Jack. Chippy got his name because he chews on sticks all the time. We have a dog door and he will go out at night, get a stick and bring it in the house.

just me but I would tighten the collar up so she couldn't do that, would be afraid of getting it stuck while you aren't around and choking..... and a broken dog isn't much more than a cat in disguise, she don't look broke

Had a Golden that would do that. We had to put a bark collar on her after noise complaints, and those have to be snug to work. It was physically impossible for her to get her jaw under it like that. A week later it was missing, and the kids found what was left of it cleaning up her piles in the yard.

Never touched her chew toys, rawhide bones, deer antler, etc. Two 75ft commercial water hoses, patio furniture, cedar gate, bathroom cabinet, BBQ gas line connected to a full tank, were all a different story. I love Goldens, but I don't miss that one.

    Loving this dog. What breed?

All, please note, I did tighten Shiggles' collar. I just wanted to capture her silly self being a goofy pup.

Alas, it will not be so tight that she can't slip out of it. She needs to be able to get out of it should she get hung up in a fence when outside being a beagle.

Nice dog as my favorite breed. I just wish they would stay at home as everyone I have ever had is a road runner and usually gets killed in the road.

I grew up with beagles. Chewing is a way of life with them. Especially when they are young.

An SUV was coming the other way today & I was thinking that the driver had long hair & a very full beard. Then I saw that it was a Golden Retriever sitting in the front left seat. I finally noticed the driver sitting behind the wheel on the right side, dressed in dark clothing. No signs, but it must have been set up for rural mail delivery. And I was thinkin that the Golden was a better driver than most people.
