I got a Supermatic Tournament, with a slightly higher serial number dating to 1961. Yours would probably date to 1960.
8" barrel, muzzle brake and weights are definitely bonus's value wise. Probably $600 to $800 @ 95%, maybe more?

Yours is a little higher number than my own, which I bought from Perry Shooter (Karl) many years ago.
I would expect a nice example to be pushing above $800. My own has been used quite a bit, but use by Perry Shooter is a bonus for me!

Very early 1961 according to this chart by Mr. Stimson:
Hi Standard serial numbers by Hi Standard location
I know this information is a available somewhere but I have yet been able to find it. Looking for serial number range for pistols manufactured at the various HiI have a 103 2 barrel set from the same era and it is a great gun. Still shoots more accurate than some of my newer 22s. Bob

1,164,615 shipped as a catalog number 9261 with key serial number 1,161,345 on 4/21/1961 to account number 7585 on invoice number 11172.
The chart referenced is my work and is perhaps 96 to 98 % accurate due to some guns remaining in assembly or finished goods inventory at the end of the year. Also as research continues I occasionally find a "new" highest serial number for a year. My charts are all dated and that one is dated 2012 and I made a change to the chart just last month,
Mark's is a 102 design series and yours by serial number should be a 103 design series.
