I would draw from your own experience and, these kids are about to enter the workforce, discuss what you believe to have been the most valuable thing you learned from you me first job.

As an example, 95% may get you on the Dean’s list, but a project that is 95% correct is a fail if it goes to the plant floor for production.

I was teaching a class a few years back and we were doing introductions at the begining of the class, had about 8 students, and when I got to a student from Russia he said in a thick accent "I am engineer" so I said do they let you drive the train, class laughed, but student, just looked at me and said "nuclear engineer" it took the rest of the 5 day class to win him over but I did.

Seriously though, having been given the opportunity to do a number of guest appearance, usually 45 minutes to an hour, as others have said talk about what you know from first hand experiences, a quest speaker should be a "treat" that provides them information, not in their books like Suzie said and enjoy it! They will appreciate it if you are just being yourself and sharing stories!
