NPB auction credit???

I submitted the NPB report for an auction as per the instructions. Do I need to do anything else, or does the auction credit just appear on my monthly statement?

    Now, you'll have to go to the Credit request page 10 days from now and click request credit.

    Yes, it will "light up" when you can get your credit. Welcome to the club of many.

    There is a cap on the amount of time to do that, but I can't recall what it is. In any case, I'd resist sooner rather than later.

    I filed the npb report, left negative feedback and relisted the item. I remembered something about 10 days, but couldn't remember all of it. After some digging, I found it under support. Tomorrow the request looks like it populates. As to Mark's point, I have from 1/29/21 through 3/4/21 to request the fees. So it looks like 5 weeks or so. Thanks all!

    You might want to block that bidder. Click on your name top right of page, then toolbox, then listing tools, view.
