Admin and moderators I know this should probably go in GR&CL or Politics but I feel it important that everyone of us sees this and acts on it. This is HR 127 introduced by Sheila Jackson Lee and it will SEVERELY curtail our 2A rights. This is drastic!

the minimum fines are outragous, didn't state if muzzleloading bullets over 50 caliber were exempt

Interesting read but has holes in it from sharpshooters. Taxation without Representation. Same reason there was an American Revolution. Privacy Act 1974. Go ahead and publish private information, see where you end up. I cannot publish or discuss any of my Tenants. This is the very time that All of us should stick together. No more bickering , no more pointing fingers, just the facts. The Dems are just throwing things and seeing if they stick on the wall. But they have forgotten Americans are strong. What is next Taxing FFLS 250,000 dollars a yr to stay in business. They can run their mouths but I have to say that enough is enough. That suggestion of a bill won't tread water. They have violated the rights of Americans to possess firearms and gotten into the private sector of the individual. Pure discrimination by making an American take a mental test to have any item not just firearms. If folks are sane enough to file taxes, work at their job(s) , buy homes or rent, drive a car safely down the highway and not be in a nuthouse that is good enough. Big Brother is stepping in an area where Americans will step back on their toes. Big Brother should take care of their business and keep their nose out of ours. Be gentle on the responses getting upset, threatening Big Brother in NOT the way to handle them.

Well just imagine when I go to our statehouse and tell them All to close down Hunting in SC because no one can own a firearm. Dept of Natural Resources operates in the state to manage wildlife...

Pressure any FFL you know to close his or her books to inspectors. Passive resistance on a large scale, organized passive resistance, and very public passive resistance by decent upstanding Americans. Americans in quantities that cannot be ignored or dismissed.
Offer no information, comply with nothing. If we do this en masse a repeal of even the least offensive infringement can be effected. If, however, we follow the path of history, and give a little to protect what we have today, we are signing away the rights, freedoms, and liberty itself of our children, grandchildren, and all future citizens.
Their will be millions who cower and comply.

If this passes, and Joe signs it, then all hell will break loose. There will be a battle with States and Counties that are 2nd Amendment sanctuaries. Challenges will be made in court my hosts of gun interests from organizations, to stores, to owners. With hundreds of millions of guns in the US this could be a disaster. They don't have enough manpower to enforce such a thing and many LEO's and Sheriffs will not enforce it either.

I believe the Term Limits Legislation put on the floor by Senator Ted Cruz will prevent this bill from ever being voted on. If the Dems eliminate the Filibuster to pass this and other bills they will be passing their own pink slips and will be out of office at the next midterm election. I dont believe they can get around this Legislation nor would be worth the end of their careers to pass it.

I agree completely. Who could have imagined not that long ago that the level of ignorance and utter stupidity of so many people in this country would have made it possible for Biden and Harris to win. I remember when Gary Hart was widely viewed as the front-runner for the Democrat presidential nomination until reports surfaced of an extramarital affair, and Hart withdrew from the race, now days the media wouldn't even report it or do everything in their power to protect him and people wouldn't care.

I can't believe the crap being pushed through congress or even attempted. I spent 22 years in the MC for this country, now they tell me I have to jump through hoops to own a firearm are ammunition. I was good enough then to have one starting at age 17......

The Dems are just waiting for the next school shooting so they can introduce more gun control legislation. They are looking for an excuse to disarm law abiding citizens who support the Constitution.
