It seems like the going rate for dies is $100 plus starting, or they get bid up like crazy. I just bought a set of these for $66.50 OTD...

  I have 4 or 5 sets of 223 dies. I think there are of couple of sets of Lee RGB dies that cost about 12 bucks new years ago when I bought them.
