Extended Verification

I have been a member of Gun Broker for many years, I don't buy and sell allot but now have some things to sell. I have sold before on gun Broker as well. The system is making me go through the extended verification process even though I have sold in the past , ok so another $2 fee. when I try to do it I get an error message that the system cannot retrieve the verification questions. I have emailed customer service , no response. Just would think that a business that makes its money off customers selling things would respond, yeah covid and other things but really this stinks. any ideas why it cannot retrieve questions??
