Taurus repair

Purchased a used model 85 bobbed hammer revolver from a LGS and discovered there was an issue with it. Could not close the cylinder when it was loaded. Firing pin protruded from frame which kept it from closing. LGS offered refund but I decided to ship it for repair. LGS shipped free. Taurus repaired free of charge and I had it back in 16 days. Great service and could not be more happy with the turn around. Taurus may not be the quality of a Ruger or Smith but can't say that about their service and repair.

  and the pin was the prob

  I bought a new Taurus once from a local gun store. We did the background thing and the paperwork. I paid my money and started for the door.

  “Wait, sir! You forgot you gun.” Said the salesman.

  ”No” sez I. “Go ahead and send it back to Taurus. That’ll save me an extra trip.”
