People like this make me think twice about constitutional carry
I am all for it, except when I see stories like this. These are the guys that really should not have a gun at all. They turn into Mr. Big Balls because they are packing, and make stupid decisions. Not what we need in public.

You'll find stupid in all walks of life.
Had an incident here local back when I was in high school. IIRC it was a sheriff's deputy playing quick draw Mcgraw shot another deputy in the gut with a 44 magnum. Might have been local PD officer, but either way they were both LEO.

I'm lost as to how constitutional carry enters into this. People will do stupid things regardless of of any laws that are passed. Correlating things that have no correlation to justify an action is standard procedure for our government and anyone with an agenda to erode individual liberty.
