Home made snow shovel
Made this six years ago. Moved and no longer have it. It was a fun build and worked well

You look like you're having WAY too much fun. The wife must never know.

My snow removal program is earth friendly. I am saving the planet by letting the sun melt snow and ice. 😊

You don't need to go buy a fancy snow blower.
There's a really simple way to turn your dishwasher into a snow moving machine.
Buy your wife a shovel!

Around here that might scrape a heavy frost.

I get rid of my snow with a five foot Lucknow blower with a 30 HP motor.

The machine was a zero turn lawn mower. I made the tracks using HK2080 roller chain and unistrut.
10" sprockets, 6" sprockets on the drive. Used a 320 lb 12 volt dc door opener. (all the way down, it would lift the front end off the ground) modified the controls to operate forward and reverse either side. Zero turn.
Not like the D6 I had operated years ago. But fun to build and operate.
Kept this fat ol man happy. If I had to do it over again I would make major changes.
Hope you enjoy the pic.

Very cool and innovative Geri! I would need a roll bar here due to the very steep, winding hill of my driveway.
