Sig P365
Thinking about getting one of these. Pros/Cons? Thanks

I watched the Military Arms Chanel and they had all kinds of problems with them.
I think he went through 4 or 5 of them. But in the end I think he liked the gun or at least want to like it.

The first gens were junk and many had problems like Military Arms Channel showed in several videos. They seem to have worked out the kinks now.

I have owned two.....I purchased the first one right when they came out...after testing including 200 rounds of my carry ammo, it became my daily carry....I experienced 1 FTE with a Federal JHP.. The ammo had a waxy substance on it and after I cleaned the remaining rounds, no issues...I put around 800 rounds total though it without any other issues...the accuracy was excellent.........When the 365 model with the manual thumb safety came out, I sold the first one to a friend and purchased the next one...I have carried that one for over a year and a half...approx 750 rounds through it without a hitch. Accuracy is excellent and with a proper holster very easy to carry and conceal in all types of clothing.....
I had one issue with the 2nd one....the front sight went dark after about a year...I contacted Sig and then replaced it as well as paying shipping both ways....so I was pretty happy with the customer service too..
My suggestion is shoot one first if you can....I have let several folks fire mine and most really liked it and 4 of them bought one....two folks did not like it as it was too small in their hands....

Shot one a friend had, felt nice. I liked the double stack, nice capacity in a small space.

I got on Brownells waiting list and bought one when they first came out. Overall size and capacity was great but the trigger was gritty and the grip didnt fit my hand. I ended up trading it for a Marlin 1894 carbine in 44 mag. Go to a gun store and hold one before you buy.
