ATF agent gets arrested for resisting arrest

There's more than one video in this thread. It's an interesting thread and the ATF agent refuses to comply with the officers.


"Officer Winchell arrived and immediately drew on Agent Burk. 

"I'm not resisting!" he said while being cuffed. "I've got a medical condition!" 

"I'm hyperventilating!" 

He begged for officers to check his fed ID as he was cuffed. 

"I'm begging you!" he said. "My wife's pregnant!"

    It appears that both body cams were not turned on before the officers left their cars.

    We are missing the critical first few minutes that would explain why they felt the need to draw their guns. I have had multiple encounters with LEO's, & none have ever felt threatened enough to even raise their voices, let alone draw on me.

    There is just too much information missing to cast aspersions on any of the officers in the videos. Any opinions on guilt are simply jumping to conclusions. Read Neal's comments above.

    My GUESS is that all of the officers involved will receive a reprimand if their commanders based their decisions on the officers actions in the videos. Everything about the confrontation and the ridiculous attempts at arrest are handled like a Laurel and Hardy comedy routine. Gross stupidity.
