Big Ugly Loud Stupid Trucks
I have talked to two N.C. Motor Vehicle inspectors in the last two days. Both told me they have been told that these stupid jacked up, jacked down trucks these [deleted] are running around here with open exhaust are going to be cracked down upon. And it is about time. The inspectors both told me they have been visited by someone from the state telling them not to overlook this crap. Cause if they do, and the trucks are stopped for equipment violations, the last inspector to have passed the truck will be fined. I don't know how it will be determined if the truck was modified after the inspection but I am hoping they get these thing off the road soon.

the 24" rims with low profile mudtires and the 87 black ice little tree air fresheners hanging from the rear view mirror didnt give it away maybe the fuzzy pink steering wheel cover will

the ones that took me were the I think the call them donks
when in Detroit back a handful of years ago started going to the woodward dream cruse ( if you never heard of it or seen it and like cars trucks and just about any thing with wheels check it out )
any way the "donks " I may be wrong but mostly bigger cars have huge wheels almost there tires and jacked up all the way around not my style but to each there own I did a search seems the tires and rims have way out paced the first time I saw them LOL

I drove past a truck like that late in the evening on the side of the road, flat tire. Just one glance told me no way in HECK is he going to have a functional spare, and it's unlikely anyone in the city with a replacement tire would be open. He dug himself a nice deep hole, single point of failure, then he fell in it.
Sorry buddy, my 16" Land Rover rim ain't gonna fit your truck.
