This must be news from the future. Not too distant future I'm sad to say.

Several months ago, Nora announced that police found an arsenal. Of course, they failed to notice the red tips on the toys.

I'm surprised they didn't count his flatware and socks.

I see that term used a lot on the news as a attention grabber followed by some BS story OMG he had three long a pistol and two hundred rounds of ammo or such similar then in small letters at the end of the story later to find out two were paint ball guns one was a bb gun and one was a cap gun with ten rolls of caps LOL but they all looked real

any thing to put and keep gun owners in the public eyes as the bad guys / gals

If that's an arsenal, a friend of mine should be headed for death row. 😃

"over 1,000 rounds of rifle ammunition"

    22LR?

  • He Dog

I have over 20,000 rounds of .22lr. does that make me an enemy of the people?

I often laugh when news stories cite that police have made an arrest of someone and recovered an "arsenal" of 3 or 4 guns and a few hundred rounds of ammo......maybe even a thousand or two.

I know there are people in this country that have hundreds of firearms and tens of thousands of rounds as a matter of routine collecting.

I just started on a collection today of 300 guns.

I have said before. The left would say I’m a gun nut or I have an arsenal but you guys would call my gun and ammo collection “a nice little starter set”.

If anyone knew how much powder I have in the house I'd probably be in trouble.

"If anyone knew how much powder I have in the house I'd probably be in trouble."

Careful what you say. My insurance agent discovered I was storing reloading powder cannisters in the house. He threatened to cut off my insurance and report the situation to the local fire dept. I had to move all things flammable /explosive to a remote storage building.

Not long after, I changed insurance carriers, too.
