Wild Sunday sex at the Dreher's this afternoon!!!!

Today starts the breeding for Easter bunnies!! I bred 4 does this afternoon. Easter bunnies pay my rabbit pellet feed bill every year. I'll breed two or three does tomorrow, than 5 or 6 does every weekend thru the end of January.


I'm all excited!!!!! 😁

    For someone like you I guess I should have said "Four different bucks bred four different does!!" 31 days to kindle time!! (Bunnies kindle, the correct bunny term for giving birth!)

    when I was a young fellow about ten yrs old I will guess living in town a slightly older kid had rabbits . I think he sold every kid in a two block area a baby rabbit for a dollar each with a couple hands full of food to start . short lived business for him though not that many kids and even less with a dollar ( that was like 20 pop bottles I had to "find " LOL )

    add to the story we had three at our house one for me one for my brother and sister ( both have passed RIP ) dad got tired of the feed bill and nuisance so they convinced us kids to give the rabbits to a great uncle who would take care of them well Ok I guess if he will take good care of checkers ( my rabbit )

    several weeks went by and we were to visit that great uncle all excited to see our pets . I looked every where then ask

    where is our rabbits ..? my Great uncle replied oh they were good we ate them last week

    I lost trust in all adults and my little heart just hit the ground

    thanks Dad ya great uncle Bill sure took care of them 😥
