Is anyone else not able to find their TaxCloud settings under Listing Tools?

This is based from their main article on how TaxCloud can be set up and integrated with your GunBroker account, see link below. Instructions: "Log into your GunBroker.com account and proceed to MyGunBroker < Toolbox < Listing Tools < TaxCloud." I am not able to see this information on my account and support has not gotten back to me.
