Non Paying Buyers
In the past couple months I have had almost 10 percent of the buyers be non paying buyers. They are almost always NR so new buyers and a lot of the time totally bogus phone numbers.
With this increase is there anyway to go to the person below on the bid and see if they are still interested. This is an extremely high rate. I believe I am at 23 NPB out of about 200 items.

No, you can't skip down to the second highest bidder. Doing so would invite shill bidding.
As for non paying bidders: if you type non paying bidder into the search box at the upper right, you will find hundreds of pages on that subject. We won't be visiting that subject again today.

Phone books, yea, I have one but it is very dusty. Course I get a daily NEWSPAPER.
Anyway as Mark states look at this past subject knowing you are not alone is not much solace.
