Liberty and justice for all. What a crock of ______.

I think that Cosby is a sexual predator that belongs behind bars but his freedom is because of an incompetent prosecutor. The courts letting him out was correct no matter how I feel about the outcome of their ruling. On the bright side he is a frail 83 year old man who, god willing, won't be around much longer. Bob

...So they let the perv out...he deserves "justice" as anyone does...I suppose...important to know he was not found innocent he's just a slime bag the system worked for...I feel for all his victims...

Just like Kevin Spacey, Lauer, Franken, Halperin, Toobin, Clinton and a host of others. If your politically connected to the party associated with the color blue, you dont really have much to worry about. Look forward to Weinstein release in the near future.

What a piece of work...Watch, he will turn into a hero. Probably get millions of dollars because he shouldn't have gone to the Big House. Late night t.v. will have him on their shows, talk about Jello shots...I digress....

He was certainly guilty of raping many of those girls. Fifty years ago, he was a celebrity multi millionaire and there were girls lined up around the block who wanted to have sex with him, and no doubt, many did. Yet he had this obsession with doping them up and raping them while unconscious. A sick sex freak, Bill Cosby.

However he deserves to be released. The DA made an agreement with him, years ago, that if he would testify in a civil suit, he would not be criminallly prosecuted. Cosby testified.

Years later a new DA came on the scene and he used Cosby's testimony from the civil case to prosecute him. I agree with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, it was an illegal prosecution.

Three years in the state pen is quite a long and arduous punishment, especially for a multi millionaire.

He is a scum bag IMO. But they made a deal and reneged on it. He should have not been put in jail he should have been curb stomped.
