Instant criminal in the next Bill SB21-256 allows cities in Colorado to establish their own gun regulation,

I guess I won't be going to Colorado anymore as a tourist

  Yup, this SUCKS.

  I imagine denver and boulder will be the first to ban some firearms.

  Just happened in Oregone too, despite the state's Constitution having a preemption clause. I guess it'll work it's way through the courts.

  Seattle's tried that too in the past, and got their PP whacked in court. Thankfully those that wrote this state's constitution wrote it so a city or a county can't have a more restrictive law than state law.
