    when I was younger I think it was federal ? I bought 30-30 ammo ( they may still do it I have not really looked ) had red plastic holders for the bullets with belt loops that came packed with the ammo in the box , I never used them but thought it was a novel idea for them to do so

    but what the heck if some one wants to make a couple dollars and some one can use it go for it ( sad part selling any thing any more dang shipping kills so many low dollar sales )

    I still use one of those red ones on my belt beside my hunting knife, extra 10 rounds for coyotes and bears....... have been using it for 25-30 years
